The OC Walk to Remember takes place in Orange County, California, in October, which is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month.  We encourage parents to invite their loved ones and friends to join them as they walk in remembrance of their child or children. The walk is preceded by a memorial service, where each baby’s name is read. The memorial service is not just a remembrance but a celebration of each life, no matter how long or short. The walk is a wonderful way for parents to connect with other people who have lost a child. Whether it was a recent loss, or one that happened several years ago, we encourage parents to come walk for the steps your baby will never take. By walking in their name, their memory will live forever.
