Family and Individual Sponsorships

The following sponsorships are available to families and individuals who would like to make a contribution to the cause, in addition to standard participation in the event.

VISIONARY ($5,000)

• Opportunity to sponsor the entire memorial service in honor of a baby or babies and read a poem during the service
• Opportunity to distribute roses during the reading of baby names at the memorial service to parents who have come to walk in memory of their baby or babies.
• Four complimentary entries to the event.

LEADER ($2,500)

• Opportunity to sponsor the new Support-A-Family Program, which provides angel pins and notes for families who have had a recent loss of a baby or babies.
• Sign on the tent that includes baby and/or family name (for example, the Joseph Thomas von Rotz Support-A-Family Tent)
• One hundred Support-A-Family pins donated in your baby and/or family's name to the local hospital or support group of your choice
• Three complimentary entries to the event.

SUPPORTER ($500)

• A set of books donated in your baby and/or family's name to the local hospital or support group of your choice
• Family and/or baby's name prominently displayed on memorial presentation video shown at the event
• Special personalized signage for your baby along the 5K course
• Two complimentary entries to the event.

FAMILY ($100)

• Family and/or baby's name displayed on special recognition page during presentation
• Special personalized signage for your baby along the 5K course
• One complimentary entry to the event.

Corporate Sponsorships

Each sponsorship level can be customized to meet the distinct needs of the donor.  Sponsors are invited to acknowledge the memory of a particular baby with a contribution or donate in honor of a family.  At your request, we can also offer a baby's family story and photos to connect to your donation and give a face to the support you provide.

ANGEL ($20,000)

• Presenting Sponsor recognition
• Highest media exposure
• Largest sponsor logo/name on all marketing and advertising materials, press releases, event posters, registration cards, and website
• Name/logo on event signage throughout the venue, including the start/finish line signage
• Name/logo prominently displayed in "Thank you to our Sponsors" segment of memorial presentation video, which will be shown during the event and will be available on the website after the event and throughout the year.
• Name/logo on commemorative gift given to participants
• Name/logo largest on event t-shirt (prominent position)
• Four complimentary entries to the event.

TREASURE ($10,000)

• High media exposure
• Medium sponsor logo/name on all marketing and advertising materials, press releases, event posters, registration cards, and website
• Name/logo on event signage throughout the venue
• Name/logo prominently displayed in "Thank you to our Sponsors" segment of memorial presentation video, which will be shown during the event and will be available on the website after the event and throughout the year.
• Name/logo on event t-shirt (2nd position)
• Three complimentary entries to the event.

STAR ($5,000)

• Moderate media exposure
• Small sponsor logo/name on all marketing and advertising materials, press releases, event posters, registration cards, and website
• Name/logo on event signage
• Name/logo in "Thank you to our Sponsors" segment of memorial presentation video, which will be shown during the event and will be available on the website after the event and throughout the year.
• Name/logo on event t-shirt (3nd position)
• Two complimentary entries to the event.

WISH ($1,000)

• Small sponsor logo/name on all marketing and advertising materials, press releases, event posters, registration cards, and website
• Name/logo in "Thank you to our Sponsors" segment of memorial presentation video, which will be shown during the event and will be available on the website after the event and throughout the year.
• Signage at water station on 5K course
• One complimentary entries to the event.
